Open
the finished document that you are going to have
printed.
Go to File > Collect for Output.
You
will receive a font warning, asking you to be sure you
have the rights to use your fonts for commercially
printed pieces. Click "OK".
The
"Document Report" options screen will now appear on your
screen.
Please
check the options as they appear in the image we have
provided for you.

Click "Report".
You
are now asked to choose a destination for your document
and report files. Find a suitable location on your local
Hard Drive and click "New Folder". This will allow you
to have all of your finished work placed into one
location. Name your new folder something easy to
distinguish. Name your document and click "Save".
You will
see a little progress bar appear which says "Collecting
for Output", it will collect your elements into the
folder. Please check this folder to verify elements.
Follow the
steps
at this link to send us the files you have
just "collected".
